Originally composed for Serpent, this concerto works equally well for other "low-pitched" instruments as the bassoon or contrabassoon. This edition (for bassoon or contrabassoon with optional cupped bells) was by the composer. Orchestra parts are rental from the publisher. Dedicated to Adam Lumdsen.
