We ship orders within 24 hours of receiving them. If something is out of stock, we'll let you know why right away and give you the option of keeping that title on order or removing it for a refund. The vast majority of what's on the website is in stock. If not, it's on order or there's an issue.

Please note that our website can be a bit aggressive when it comes to calculating international shipping rates. This is because shipping is calculated based on price, but actual shipping is based on size and weight. In some cases, there will be a partial refund of shipping on international orders.
The best way to save money on international orders is to order multiple items.

Package tracking numbers are provided via email automatically the night of shipment.
In general, all orders received after midnight will be processed the following day, although we usually process orders received by 7:30 am the same day. In other words, orders received on Monday will go out on Tuesday, etc. If you need something shipped out the same day, please call or email, ESPECIALLY if you need it overnight. We do not guarantee same-day shipping after 7:30 am.
If there's something wrong with your order, let us know and we'll fix it.
Please contact us before making a return for any reason.
We accept returns of up to half of the items from any single order, within 30 days of purchase. Music must be clean and resaleable. There is a 20% restocking charge on returns. Upon receipt of the returned music, a credit is applied in the same format that was used for the initial purchase. Shipping charges are not refunded. Returns that are damaged will not be refunded.
To return your product, please pack it carefully, including cardboard to ensure the music is not damaged in shipment. Mark the package "DO NOT BEND" and include a note saying why you are making a return so we can identify it.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item, and cannot make a refund on an item we do not receive or that is received damaged.
