Arranged by Percy Hall. Easy. Duke Street was composed by English Musician John Hatton. Very little is known about Hatton, other than he lived in the town of Windel on Duke Street. Set to a paraphrase of Psalm 19, the hymn has become quite popular, especially in America. Legend holds that Hatton dies after being thrown from a stagecoach.
