Sonatine (Performance Scores)-FL/BSN

Composer: Bozza, Eugene

Publisher: Leduc (France)

Edition: AL19677

$38.00

Sonatine
for flute and bassoon
by Eugene Bozza (1904-1991)- French composer
I. Allegro
II. Andantino
III. Vif

Dedicated to Jacques Ibert. Strongly lyrical, this piece is very interesting and quite challenging to play. It explores the full high and low of the instruments, and requires good breathing ability and strong agility. While the first section is very cheerful and energetic, the second part is slower and more reflective. The piece ends with a third part that is more direct and decisive. This title comes as two performance scores.
