Variacoes sobre 'Carneirinho, carneirao'

Part of "Brazilian Chamber Music" series published by Jeanne, Inc. After a theme and nine variations on a popular Brazilian bedtime melody 'Carneirinho, carneirao' ('Little Lamb, Big Lamb'), the composer concludes with another more ominous bedtime melody 'Sapo cururu.' It tells of a large frog in a cold pond waiting to jump into bed with anyone who doesn't go to sleep promptly. This work has been recorded by James Ryon.
