Most of the quartets work well for four oboes, but there are a few cases where an octave transposition or two would be useful.

This collection comes as one performance score. There are no individual parts. It is appropriate for beginner or intermediate players. All the books in this series work with the others.  You can add a clarinet book, a trumpet book -  whatever. and play with your friends.  As long as you have 4 (or more) players, you're good to go.
