Four Marches of the Foot Guard
for trumpet in D, two oboes, and bassoon
by Niccolo Jommelli (1714-1774) - Neapolitan opera composer Edited by Kurt Janetzky. These marches were composed for four regiments of foot guards of the small army of the Grand Duke of Schwerin. A field drum emphasizing the marching rhythm is not notated, but its use was understood as a matter of course at the time.
