Meanwhile, our bassoonist are also traveling the East and feel spellbound by the local musical culture. The basis of this two-part piece is formed by oriental sounds and rhythms. In the first part, Andante, our bassoonist is on his way to the East and daydreaming. In the second part, Allegro, he finds himself in the thick of a bazaar and is inebriated by the oriental sounds. Moderate difficulty.
