August 2010 - SEARCH HINT - Although TrevCo does not offer a random search option, such as typing in the word "Pastorale" when you know the title of a piece, you can use the TrevCo search options along with your computer's EDIT option of FIND ON THIS PAGE to help. Let's say you want a piece for EH/PN called Pastorale. Search TrevCo custom instrumentation for EH/PN and once that list is displayed, use the EDIT/FIND function to search for the word Pastorale. Many times this will provide the result you are seeking.

July 2009 - CREDIT CARD transactions are now posted directly to the service provided at the time the order is submitted. A "hold" is placed on your card for the Estimated Total of the order. Once the order is filled and shipped, the amount is adjusted (either same or less, never more) to reflect actual costs and the hold becomes the actual charge and the transaction is complete. Holds for unprocessed orders remain in effect for 30 days. If the order is not shipped within that time, the hold on your funds is released and the amount is transferred back to your account. If you call or email to cancel an order that has not yet been processed, there is a minimum charge of $2 to cancel that order.

11/28/08 - IMPORTANT INFORMATION REGARDING SHIPPING CHARGES - The shipping and handling charges quoted with your order are an estimate. You will be charged the actual shipping charges for Priority Post as provided by the USPS, which are usually lower than estimated, and sometimes, especially with international orders (including Canada), significantly lower than the estimate. If you would like an accurate quotation for shipping and handling, please don't hesitate to request this information from trevcomusic@msn.com.

01/04 - To see more about a composition, just click on the MORE INFO button when displayed. And be sure to check composer = MISC or TRAD for pieces found in "albums" and "collections". Also, don't limit your search to just composer or instrument. Sometimes, it is helpful to see what a particular publisher offers.

11/03 - PRICING POLICY - TrevCo will always try to pull the cheapest copy of a piece of music at the time of order. Prices for European editions can fluctuate greatly due to currency conversions and quite often an older edition (same music) can be considerably cheaper! Don't be surprised if your final receipt is less. Shipping is also an estimate and most often will be less. Large orders may see shipping slightly higher than estimated due to weight.

11/03 - RETURNS - TrevCo accepts returns of up to half of items from any single order, within 30 days of purchase; music must be clean and resaleable. There is a 20% restocking charge on returns. Upon receipt of the returned music, a credit is applied to the card that you used for the initial purchase. If you prefer a store credit (good for 1 year from date of return) you will receive 100% of the returned music value. This option does not apply to the purchase of one item. Prior authorization is not required. Returns after 30 days, please call first.
